The project consisted of a complete renovation and addition to a golf club located northeast of Toronto.
In order to enhance the value of the course for its current and future members, the restaurant, kitchen, dining room, coatrooms and offices were rebuilt. A large skylit lounge and bar were added. Parking and landscaping improvements were undertaken at the clubhouse, which was also made handicapped accessible.
The project was completed in 1990.
